用比氧化鋁還要硬的金剛石、碳化硅等由粗到細(xì)逐級(jí)進(jìn)行研磨；采用Al2O3 微粉或金剛石磨膏進(jìn)行研磨拋光；采用激光加工以及超聲波加工研磨及拋光；需要用施釉的方法（適合對(duì)表面光滑度要求很高的產(chǎn)品）；
